About the Role

Be the voice of ServiceTap for our customers. Help service companies onboard, troubleshoot, and get the most out of the platform. You'll work with HVAC contractors, plumbers, electricians, and other tradespeople who depend on ServiceTap to run their business every day.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer support or customer success experience in SaaS
  • Strong technical aptitude - comfortable learning and explaining software quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Patient, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoy helping people solve problems
  • Comfortable working independently from home

Nice to Have

  • Background in field service, trades, or home services industry
  • Experience with FSM software (ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, etc.)
  • Experience creating help docs or training materials
Sales Development Representative

About the Role

Drive growth by connecting service companies with ServiceTap. You'll own outreach to HVAC shops, plumbing companies, and electrical contractors - qualifying leads, running demos, and closing deals. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build the sales playbook at a growing SaaS company.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of B2B SaaS sales or business development experience
  • Comfortable with cold outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn)
  • Excellent communication skills - you can explain complex software simply
  • Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and clear targets
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling to small businesses, contractors, or service companies
  • Understanding of field service management workflows
  • Previous experience at an early-stage startup
